We're passionate about seeing young people learn the skills to take responsibility for their own mental health. The Kardia course helps raise their self-esteem and create daily practices to help with this.

Whether you're from a school, youth group, church, or other organisation, we want to help you improve the mental health of the young people you work with.

Host a course
We are based in the North West of England. If you are less than an hour away, we can come to you each week and facilitate the course. The ideal number of young people is 8-10 per course.
The cost is £500 per course, which covers all materials required. However, we don’t ever want finance to prevent access to the course, so please contact us with any queries as subsidised places are available.

Become a facilitator
If you would like to facilitate the course yourself, we can train you so you are fully equipped to understand the teaching in neuroscience, the use of the Kardia workbook and journal and the overall journey the course takes participants on.
We continue to provide facilitator support for the duration of the course. Costs vary depending on the number of people that require training.
